Common questions
How fast can I get my prints?
Standard prints, mugs and framed prints are ready the same day if you order before 16:00. Canvases usually need one extra day, and photo books two to three days.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery is free in Bole and the surrounding areas. Elsewhere in Addis we deliver for a small fee — just ask when you order.
Where are you, and when are you open?
Bole, Addis Ababa. Monday to Saturday 8:30 – 19:00, Sunday 10:00 – 17:00. Call us and we will send you the exact location.
What photo quality do I need?
At least 1500 pixels on the long edge for a 10 × 15 cm print, and more for bigger sizes. Send the original file, and send it as a Document so it is not compressed.
Which file types work?
JPG, PNG and iPhone HEIC. If your photo is already printed and old, bring it in — we can print from a phone photo of it, or from a scan.
How do I pay?
Telebirr, bank transfer, or cash at the studio.
Can I see it before you print?
Yes. Send your photos and we will confirm the size and price first, and show you a preview if you want one.
Do you keep my photos?
We use your photos only to print your order. If you want them deleted after you pick up, just tell us and we will.
What if something is wrong with my print?
If it is our mistake, we reprint it at no cost. Bring it back and we will fix it.
Do you do passport photos?
Yes — passport and visa photos, printed to the size the form requires.
