Standard prints — questions
Which sizes do standard prints come in?
10 × 15 cm · 13 × 18 cm · 15 × 21 cm · 20 × 30 cm · A4 · 21 × 30 cm · A3 · 30 × 42 cm.
How much does it cost?
From 25 ETB to 280 ETB, depending on size. More than one gets a discount: 10+ items, 10% off; 50+ items, 20% off; 100+ items, 35% off; 500+ items, 50% off. Prices depend on paper and finish — we confirm the exact price when you order.
How long does it take?
Standard prints are ready the same day, if you order before 16:00.
What size photo file do I need for the largest one?
For A3 · 30 × 42 cm at 300 dpi you would need about 3,550 × 4,950 pixels, which no phone camera makes — that is normal for large prints. Send the biggest original you have, as a Document rather than a Photo, and we will tell you honestly how it will look at that size before we print it.
Which file types work?
JPG, PNG and iPhone HEIC. If your photo is already printed and old, bring it in — we can print from a phone photo of it, or from a scan.
How do I pay?
Telebirr, bank transfer, or cash at the studio.
Do you keep my photos?
We use your photos only to print your order. If you want them deleted after you pick up, just tell us and we will.
