Who we are
Norcha Print is a family print studio in Bole, Addis Ababa. We take your photographs, have them printed, and hand you the finished product. You can reach us on +251 911 304 344 or on WhatsApp.
Prices and payment
The prices on this site and on the counter sheet are the shop's current prices, in Ethiopian Birr. Volume discounts are shown with them. We accept cash, Telebirr and bank transfer. A written quotation from the studio wins over any figure on this website if the two ever differ.
Colour on a screen is not colour on paper. We print in sRGB and do not promise that a print will match your phone exactly — screens glow and paper does not. If colour accuracy matters, ask for a small test print first.
Turnaround and collection
Lead times are working days and are shown with each product. A same-day order must be placed before 16:00 and is subject to the queue. Holiday periods are busier and the site warns you when you are close to a deadline.
Your photographs
You keep the rights to your photographs. You give us permission to print them and nothing else: we do not sell them, publish them, or use them as examples. Uploads are deleted 30 days after you send them; see the privacy page for the detail.
Only send photographs you have the right to print. If a photo belongs to someone else, or shows someone who has not agreed, that is your responsibility, not ours.
If something is wrong
If a print is defective — misprinted, damaged, or not what you approved — bring it back and we will reprint it. That is the promise, and it is the one that matters. It does not cover a crop you chose in the designer, or a photograph that was too small to print sharply, because the site warned you about both before you paid.
Refunds beyond a reprint are decided by the studio case by case; ask before you order if the answer matters to you.
Accounts
An account is optional. You can make one to keep your designs and see them again. Keep your password to yourself — anyone with it can see your designs. You can ask us to delete your account and its designs at any time and we will do it, no reason needed.
