Which sizes do framed prints come in?
A4 framed · A3 framed · 40 × 60 cm framed.
How much does it cost?
From 600 ETB to 1,500 ETB, depending on size. More than one gets a discount: 2+ items, 10% off; 5+ items, 15% off; 10+ items, 22% off. Prices depend on paper and finish — we confirm the exact price when you order.
How long does it take?
Framed prints are ready in 1–2 working days.
What size photo file do I need for the largest one?
For 40 × 60 cm framed at 300 dpi you would need about 4,700 × 7,100 pixels, which no phone camera makes — that is normal for large prints. Send the biggest original you have, as a Document rather than a Photo, and we will tell you honestly how it will look at that size before we print it.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery is free in Bole and the surrounding areas. Elsewhere in Addis we deliver for a small fee — just ask when you order.
Which file types work?
JPG, PNG and iPhone HEIC. If your photo is already printed and old, bring it in — we can print from a phone photo of it, or from a scan.
What if something is wrong with my print?
If it is our mistake, we reprint it at no cost. Bring it back and we will fix it.
